Operation, Senior Supervisor

Scope of work:

1. Manage Team Leaders and Assigned Site Staff:

Regularly inspect the quality of assigned sites and collect customer feedback according to the schedule assigned by the Operations Department Manager.

Provide guidance and on-the-job training for team leaders/staff at sites to correct and improve service quality issues.

Monitor attendance via Xface, Xcare, fingerprint system, and temporary worker timesheets to ensure compliance with labor/work norms at the sites.

Manage material quotas: place orders for site materials via Xcare on the 20th of each month.

Conduct regular weekly/monthly meetings with team leaders and staff to communicate company policies, announcements, decisions related to employees, and address any concerns (if any).

Coordinate recruitment, report on staffing changes, and submit monthly recruitment needs and plans to the recruitment admin by the 18th of each month; finalize the number of hires and recruitment referral fees (if any).

Survey, propose solutions, and deploy new sites as assigned by the Operations Department Manager.

Inspect sites and submit signed inspection forms to the Operations Admin.

Complete project acceptance documentation (Final acceptance should be completed by the 20th of the following month).

2. Handle Customer Complaints:

Timely resolution of customer complaints.

Attend periodic meetings as required by customers.

3. Administrative Procedures:

Receive documents from site staff (if any) to forward to the HR/Admin Department and assist new employees with ATM card applications.

4. Weekly Reporting:

Submit weekly reports to the Operations Department Manager.

Support other departments upon request and according to the arrangement of the Operations Department Manager.

Salary: Negotiable.

Requirements:

High school graduate or higher

At least two years of experience in a similar position (security field)

Proficient in Word & Excel

English proficiency

Hardworking and diligent

Good communication skills

Age 25 and above
