Operation Admin

Scope of work:

- Update the work schedule of GSKV on the ERP system, compare inspection records of GSKV with the work schedule, and update records of GSKVs who do not comply with the schedule.

- Coordinate with CS and GSKV to resolve non-compliant inspection reports and corrective action plans, updating quality reports on ERP.

- Interact with GSKV and the accounting department to address monthly service fee deficiencies, including recording employee and GSKV violations/fines on ERP and preparing proposals to reduce material shortages in projects.

- Verify DNCT/DNNTC, including detailed job content and initial materials, with GSKV before submitting them for approval to the Department Head.

- Assist GSKV in printing and obtaining approval for documents, business trip expenses, material requests, transfers, and salary proposals.

- Prepare introduction letters, register employee ID cards, summary resumes, or other registration procedures for area supervisors, project supervisors, and new employees upon project initiation or personnel changes.

- Receive, check, and remind GSKV to submit monthly service acceptance documents to clients, record employee attendance weekly, order monthly consumable materials, and reduce limits if exceeding the prescribed level.

- Receive, process, and address salary and benefits inquiries or complaints from project employees through the company hotline. Update and resolve employee reports on the system.

- Work with the Accounting Department on payroll calculations in the system. Verify and explain budget overruns for projects.

- Maintain ISO documentation in accordance with company regulations.

Requirements:

- College degree or higher.

- At least two years of experience in a similar position (preferably in the security industry).

- Proficient in Word and Excel.

- English proficiency.

- Hardworking and diligent.

- Strong communication skills.
