Sales Supervisor

Scope of work:

- Perform sales department tasks, including:

- Search for new projects and potential customers.

- Ability to work with investors, design consultants, and general contractors.

- Carry out sales activities for the company’s products.

- Prepare introduction letters, offers, bidding documents, contracts, etc.

- Coordinate with company departments to implement and monitor orders.

- Handle arising issues related to customers and sales activities.

- Update and track customer information.

- Maintain existing customers, explore, and expand the market.

- Develop weekly and monthly work plans.

- Prepare and summarize sales department reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) on work and revenue.

Requirements:

- College or university graduate.

- At least two years of experience in project sales, specifically in low-voltage electrical systems and software.

- Proficient in Word and Excel.

- Must have a well-groomed and professional appearance.

- Confident, ambitious, and eager to challenge oneself in a new field.

- English proficiency: ability to listen, understand, and communicate in English.

- Hardworking and diligent.

- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and summarization skills are required.

- Aged 23 to 30 (male candidates who are unmarried are preferred).
