









1. Perform tasks assigned by the Department Head.
2. Plan and schedule training (for security staff and parking attendants at projects), send emails to clients at least 2 days in advance → follow up with the Operations Department for deadlines, ensure client satisfaction → close cases and file records.
3. Coordinate with the Operations Department to resolve and ensure smooth work at project sites.
4. Conduct audits with clients, provide professional training for staff and internal TSP employees.
5. Participate in company-required training programs.
6. Support the implementation of new projects if requested.
7. Summarize weekly training results and send reports to the Operations Department for processing.
Salary: Negotiable
- At least 1 year of experience in training parking attendants and security staff; proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience in fire safety (PCCC) procedures.
- Familiar with parking system operations.
- Ability to draft professional procedures and conduct training for project staff.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Good customer communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills, confident in front of an audience, and eager to learn.
