On October 18, 2024, TSP enthusiastically organized activities to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day. TSP gave many meaningful gifts and sent best wishes to "the other half". These are the priceless motivations that show male colleagues' sincere concern for women.
In the journey of TSP, the role of female employees is indispensable for great milestones. “Half of the world” is always dedicated and striving for their responsibilities which is the inspiration and motivation for the common development of TSP. With their ingenuity and meticulousness, the female staff has contributed significantly to creating a professional, friendly and effective working environment.
Vietnamese Women's Day is a solemn occasion for TSP to honor the role of "half of the world". We organized a warm and intimate tea party with many meaningful activities to create a memorable day for all women in the company. This is also an opportunity for the Board of Directors of TSP to express their commitment to always support and create the best conditions for women to maximize their abilities and achieve success in their work.

In that joyful and exciting atmosphere, the men meticulously sent gifts, surprising wishes in many languages and especially the fresh flowers that were secretly prepared. The TSP’s office was suddenly filled with a warm and joyful atmosphere. The men sent exciting and joyful performances and the women did not forget to "invite" each other to take photos in the specially decorated area to preserve beautiful memories. Each gift, each wish has a good meaning: women are always the most beautiful flowers shining brightly not only on October 20 but also on the remaining 364 days.
The tea party on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day at TSP brought a joyful and warm atmosphere. These internal activities of solidarity demonstrated the good relationship between members, shortened the distance between departments, highlighted the beauty of corporate culture, and created an ideal working environment.
