This recognition stems directly from the swift and decisive actions taken by TSP during the emergency incident on October 7. When a vehicle unexpectedly caught fire in Basement B4, TSP personnel, as the first response force, demonstrated courage, expertise and full command of on-site firefighting equipment. The team immediately activated emergency protocols, quickly approached and contained the flames within minutes. Their timely intervention prevented escalation, protected property and ensured zero casualties. Operations at Saigon Centre resumed promptly afterward.
