CCTV system and its components

Some CCTV systems are also integrated with various contemporary technologies, including burglar alarms, two-way conversations, water resistance, face recognition, thermal sensors, etc…

The basic CCTV system includes:

Types of CCTV system

Wired CCTV system

It is suitable for offices, warehouses, factories, etc. Depending on the type of camera that the constructor chooses the appropriate signal cable. They directly affect the efficiency of signal transmission between devices. One thing to pay special attention to when choosing a cable is its anti-interference ability, which ensures a stable signal and gives the best image.
  • The adapter connects the power source to the CCTV system which voltage level is switched from 220V AC to 12V DC.
  • Jack connected to the power outlet.
  • The camera recorder has the role of connecting discrete cameras. At the same time, it also helps managers review images when necessary.
  • The hard disk drive that stores images from the CCTV system’s cameras, is always on duty 24/24 and has a high capacity from 500 GB to 6 TB, depending on the Customer’s needs.

The wireless CCTV system is directly connected via wifi with the following structure:
